Returns & Warranties Policy

If you encounter the following issues with the product you ordered from teendow.com, you will be eligible for a full refund or exchange:

·Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Items.

·Malfunction or Serious Product Quality Issues.

·Unopened and in original condition product– i.e., in original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact.

DISCLAIMER: Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered that are not suitable for resale will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Merchandise showing malicious physical damage caused by customers are not covered under this policy. We reserve the right not to accept returns for credit after 30 days of the original ship date. 

To start a return, you can contact us at cs@teendow.com and send us the following information, so that we can confirm your order and deal with your after-sale problems more quickly.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or return shipping address as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The replacement and refund process will be initiated as soon as we have received your returned product.

Note:Please do not return the products to the original shipping address. The return address will be provided via email after submitting the refund request.

Once your returning package has been received by our warehouse, it will be processed and inspected before we proceed in approving or disapproving the respective return.
We appreciate your understanding that, although we work as quickly as possible, it is possible that this process may take 2-7 business days to complete.

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-14 business days,depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
Please note that campaigns or holidays can delay the processing of your refund. Should you have any questions regarding this, do not hesitate to submit a request on this.

Teendow shall bear the freight for return and replacement caused by product quality problems; For non-quality problems, customers need to pay for the return shipping fees.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

All Teendow's machine come with a one-year warranty, including repair, replacement and ongoing support of your machine.

1.Failures caused by:
1) Use of a Teendow product which is not in accordance with the “Usage Restrictions” in the User Manual.
2) Use of a Teendow product for cleaning white ashes, sand, dust and other non-household garbage.
3) Use of a Teendow product for decoration, ornament or cleaning in a commercial environment.
4) Use of a Teendow product for cleaning in an environment with special adsorption chemicals, metal or other microparticles.
5) Use of a Teendow product in an environment with corrosive objects.
6) Accessories and other consumable parts, such as filters, brushes, unless the consumable part has been damaged due to a defect in materials or workmanship in a non-consumable part of the Product(s).
7) Normal wear and tear and decorative parts damage.
8)Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers.
9)Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, and storage.
10)Products and accessories found to be defective after the warranty period has expired.
11) Products damaged due to improper dismantling by the customer or unauthorized third parties.
12)Products damaged due to force majeure, including without limitation, acts of God, strikes, riots, labor disturbances, material shortages, nonperformance by subcontractors or suppliers, abnormal manufacturing conditions or costs, delays or failures of carriers or communications, fire, flood, storms, ice, snow, accident, war, explosion, accidents, epidemics, governmental orders or regulations or inability to secure any necessary governmental or other permits, court orders, or any other reason beyond the reasonable control of us.
13)Product failure or damage subjected to misuse or abuse, whether by accident or man-made causes (including but not limited to operation errors, liquid inlet, improper swap, scratch, bump during transportation or carrying, inappropriate voltage, etc).
14)After the confirmation of warranty repair service, corresponding goods are not sent within fourteen (14) calendar days.

2. The product you purchased is a prototype, the model or SN of which does not follow the SN coding rule for a brand new complete machine.
